As co-founder and CEO, Tim is responsible for ZMG’s strategic direction, evaluating and ensuring value propositions in content partnerships and technology project development. He has overseen build out of the Company’s web video distribution network and managed diversification across multiple paths to revenue.

Steve Charlier is driven by a goal of creating interesting, compelling and relevant content for all audiences, on any sized screen; while investing in the people, products and technology that will pioneer the future of multi-platform media. As a 20+ year broadcasting and digital veteran turned entrepreneur, Steve launched his first start-up, Press Club Digital Media, LLC in 2013; followed by Veuer, LLC in 2014. Steve was elected to ZMG’s Board in 2016.
Greg Morey has a keen eye for identifying revenue opportunities in digital video, and knows exactly how to tap into them. With years of experience cultivating programmatic ad networks, Greg has continually demonstrated an ability to seek out key audiences for content that’s both relevant to their interests and valuable for advertisers.
Shannon High is a news and programming executive with extensive experience in the digital world. She worked at MSNBC, where she was VP and Executive Producer, CNN, CBS and other national networks. She has created and produced news and entertainment programming on television and the web that has influenced world views and drawn viewers and clicks. Before making the leap to the networks, she was a local news manager.

Joe Chan has wide-ranging experience in international finance. Educated in Hong Kong and Paris, Joe trained as a banker at JP Morgan. He later worked with commodity trading companies in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Paris and Singapore before founding and leading his own commodity business in Singapore from 2007 to 2012.
Jay is a co-founder of Zazoom Media Group. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Buzztala, an innovator in programmatic video advertising. Once upon a time, Jay was an award-winning TV journalist in New York and Phoenix and won scores of professional citations for his work including the Walter Cronkite Award and numerous Emmy Awards.
With an expansive career spanning over 25 years in local New York and network TV news, Philip O’ Brien is an asset to ZMG as one of its co-founders. His experience includes holding integral news management positions within NBC, CBS, CNN, and Fox. He was also a founder of News York 1 News in 1992.
Richard Graziano is an industry leader with over 26 years of extensive media knowledge. Richard excels in audience development and sales, and has engineered successful growth strategies at some of the leading companies in media. He has weaved core traditional media values into the digital age, providing stability and reliable growth in an industry marked by constant change.
Rob Deutschman has extensive experience in raising capital for both public and private companies, as well as providing M&A and financial advisory services to both domestic and international companies. Rob serves Vice Chairman at Cappello Group, Inc., a middle market investment bank headquartered in Los Angeles.
Jason Jedlinski is an innovator and storyteller who brings big digital ideas to market. His background is a unique blend of product & software development, B2B marketing, and B2C content strategy, on both the supply and demand sides.
With over 23 years of private equity investment experience, Jonathan Roth is responsible for the overall management of Abbott Capital. With multi-disciplinary talents and a keen eye, he also reviews investment opportunities with special emphasis on the analysis of due diligence for prospective investments.
Lawrence Fleischman is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Interline Travel & Tour, Inc., a travel company operating in the United States, Canada and Europe, which sells deeply discounted hotel rooms, cruise cabins and tours to airline employees and their friends and families.
